About me

I am Pilar García de Viedma, MCC Coach (Master Certified Coach), the highest international accreditation in professional coaching.

With over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, I support managers, leaders, and teams in processes of transformation, leadership, and executive development, helping them to lead in difficult times, make decisions with greater clarity, strengthen their impact, and generate more collaborative and effective work cultures.

My work combines experience, strategic listening, and a deeply human vision of leadership. I believe in coaching that not only improves results but also fosters authentic conversations, team cohesion, and leadership aligned with the values and purpose of each organization.

Es Coach del equipo de Coaching del IESE desde 2011 donde realiza coaching en los programas, tanto a directivos como facilitación de equipos y también imparte conferencias de liderazgo y talento femenino.

He has 5,000 hours of Coaching with MCC accreditation by ICF.

He directs a training program to certify team coaches (ICF). He has worked in facilitation, training, and management coaching at the C-Suite level and with Management Committees in companies such as Inditex (more than 100 executives), Naturgy, Iberdrola, Vodafone, Wolters Kluwer, Bank of Spain, Caixabank, Chemo, L'Oréal, Volvo, Cofares, Colonial, Servier, Skania, and many others.

He is a Business Coach for the European Commission, where he supports technology start-ups in their development as high-performance teams.

She is an ICF PCC Assessor for the supervision of executive coaches. She has written the book "Leadership Today: A Fresh and Updated Look," specifically the chapter on Women's Leadership.
